Our Story

Zaddy Solutions was founded with a passion for connecting exceptional talent with leading companies. We recognized a need for a more personalized and authentic approach to recruiting, one that prioritizes the needs of both clients and candidates. As an LGBTBE-certified company, we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Our founders, Zach Anderson and Bradley McCurdy, bring over 25 years of combined experience in the staffing industry.

In 2024, we decided to expand our services by launching our resume writing and LinkedIn profile writing services.
